Propolis is excellent for mouth ulcers, especially post chemo.It never tastes good but works really well. Be careful though as it stains.

Very strong taste!
The taste is very strong so takes a bit of getting used to. As for it's effectiveness, initially I bought for my cat and her recovery but due to the taste it was no good, but for my own use, only time will tell!

Sweet tasting
This is diluted in glycerin. It is much more palatable than others I've had in or out of alcohol but I wonder if it is as beneficial. Still it's nearly Christmas and Ihaven't had a cold so I presume it's doing something.

Propolis for kids with acceptable taste
Finally I found a propolis that my 6 years old daughter has been able to take as the other ones had an terrible taste.Propolis is the best I have found to slow down and prevent colds.Thank you to Bioalma for offering this product in Amazon otherwise I have to buy it in Spain an pay almost the same for the delivery.
