A 5 within it's class
I put most of the review in on the flooring kit but the shed itself is exactly as expected for it's cost and as based on the reviews of others. What they do not tell you are small things that anyone who has built a metal shed before will know. You'll want plenty of silicon sealant (the tube stuff you squueze out with the gun attachment). We built the shed and sealed mostly as we went along but still need to do the roof venting area in a few spots. Some of the venting is deliberate so as to keep the unit cool on a hot day but there were a few spots where rain may enter if not closed off a little bit more. If you want an inexpensive yet nice looking small shed, this one is a winner. Using a handyman (who had never built this brand metal shed before) and us to hand him tools or hold parts as directed, we finished in about 5 hours. We had a cordless drill that also does the screws and that was a major timesaver as there are a lot of them as you can guess. Our handyman said that now that he has done one unit of this manufacturer, it would take him about 3.5 hours to do another of the same class if he had owners who are able to hold parts in place and are tool savvy DIY types just unfamiliar with this particular project. He said add 1 hour if he had to do it alone and add 2 hours if the owners were not experienced and got underfoot while 'trying to help' (grin). What you will also want is a ramp if you intend to roll a lawnmower up into it as it will sit about 4.5 inches up if you use the proper flooring kit. You can get them pre-made or if handy, I knocked one together with spare wood in about 45 mins.

good for the cost
Nice shed, took all day to assemble, but everything fit properly, just door slide could be better designed not a smooth slide opening and closing

VERY DISAPPOINTED
If I could give zero stars, I would. I was very disappointed in this product. It comes completely unassembled and has hundreds of nuts, bolts, etc. Although it is advertised as stainless steel, it is very thin and flimsy. Fortunately, my boyfriend has building knowledge and was able to sort through all of the parts to start the building process. He had to build a wood frame, inside of the shed, to give it stability. For the price, I expected a better quality. The reason I'm not returning it was that we had so many issues with Meyer Logistics delivering it, after three weeks; I didn't want to wait another three weeks for them to pick it up. This will be the last time I order a large item like this online.

Great little shed
I put this shed together yesterday. I set it up on a concrete block base and used the arrow shed floor kit and the Arrow Shed AK4 Earth Anchor Kit . I also purchased a piece of 3/4" thick 4x8 flooring to place on top of the floor kit. Arrow has an instruction demonstration video to show you how to put the shed together. I recommend watching it before you put it together. Just go to their website and find your shed model and a demo video should be available. On to my review... I put this shed together approximately 90% by myself. It took from 10am until 6:30 to get 90% of the shed together on my own. I had everything together except for the final roof panel (there are four) and the door. I am 5'-3" tall and if I had a longer reach I wouldn't have needed any help. It is possible to do it on your own if you have spring clamps to act as a second pair of hands and if you have a ladder to lean the sidepieces against. With assistance the shed was finished by 9:30pm. Just the shed, the floor I was able to complete the next day and that took less than an hour. The shed is very light weight, the box was 102 lbs so it needs to be tied down or attached to the ground somehow or it will blow away in a strong wind. Arrow sells a kit to attach it to a concrete pad if you are going to build it on top of that. Everything is extra. When you buy the shed that is all that you're getting. You have to buy anchors, a Arrow Shed FB109-A Floor Frame Kit , and flooring material. There's also a roof strengthening kit which I didn't buy but I live in a snowy area and I'm going to have to be extra vigilant because the roof material won't hold up to snow. I think that the shed looks good. When ordering I was expecting it to look like someone's 1970s basement wood paneling but it doesn't look bad at all. The doors are sliding doors so you don't have to worry about clearance at the front of the shed. When I was first putting it together I worried that it would be flimsy but it gets stronger and stronger as you build it and the pieces reinforce one another. The box that the shed is shipped in is not protective enough. The pieces were able to move against one another inside of the box, resulting in scratches. The door braces were bent pretty badly because they were hitting against other things in the shed and had to be hammered back into shape. Overall I'm very happy with the shed. It looks good and it's functional. I have my back porch back now that I've been able get all of my lawn and garden tools off of the porch and into the shed. Update: 5/24/2015, The shed is still in great shape. The roof has held up well to snow for two winters. The snow doesn't build up at all on top of it. I would still recommend this shed. I only wish that I had gotten the bigger version because I'm already outgrowing it. Update: 5/22/18, The shed is still in great shape, roof is still holding up. Had a couple of high-wind storms and it didn't budge so the anchors are working as they're supposed to. 4/10/2024, In case you're wondering, the shed is still going strong after more than 10 years. I had a small rust hole on the side due to a box of fertilizer resting against it (not the shed's fault) and patched it with a piece of rubberized tape. The roof is a bit rusty but still holding up. The anchors have worked perfectly and the shed has never budged once in 10 years of storms and wind.

I like it a little bit less now
I’m on the fence in suggesting this. I bought this EXACT same shed about 10-12 years ago. (WL65) When I sold the house about two months ago, the shed was still standing and functional. (Door maybe didn’t close as easy and there were a few dents). So I was so happy with the shed, I decided to buy another one. The 6x5 footprint worked perfectly for me so I ordered it (400). It showed up with the box looking like UPS dropped it several times and then pulled it across the street to use as a sled. I refused it. Amazon, with their great customer service replaced it. The 2nd one came 3-4 days later, and if you can believe it the box was the same or worse. Since I didn’t want to send it back and wait for a third one, I accepted it. It wasn’t until I opened it up and was halfway into building it that I found several pieces bent. I fixed them with pliers and the shed did go together as planned. I called Amazon to complain, because although the shed works, it’s scratched and dented. (They provided a discount). My suggestion, is if you can find it for same price locally, find one in good condition assuming you can get it home do that. Or check out all parts before assembling in case you need to exchange it. Manual is not that great but yiu can figure it out. Takes two people.

Good value for the money. Pleased so far.
Good value for the money. Mounted on grass. I bought the arrow floor kit and anchoring set; well worth it. With the wood deck, cost me about ~$500. Home depot did the cutting for me. Took me 12 hours to build (9-6 to put together the building (includes time to set up my work area/tools, sort the parts, etc) then another handful of hours to assemble the floor and anchor it. I'm not a contractor, just a homeowner and I am pretty deliberate so other folks might take less time. Assemble it on a tarp so you can drag it around. I'm 6"2' so was able to use wingspan to move it around myself and drag it onto the plywood deck. Also, put a vapor barrier down as they indicate between ground and wood...I used a 5 mil tarp. Assembly instructions are ok but diagrams are a bit vague in a few areas causing me to re-do a couple of sections. So hang in there. There apparently is an online assembly video which I didn't watch but I'd imagine would have helped me. Sheet metal is a tad on the thin side but there are a million screws and it's anchored in so I feel ok about it. We'll see how it does in a new england winter. Will need to be vigilante with the snow. Fits 2 garbage cans plus a recycling bin and some kids stuff. Pleased so far.

Really nice, a PITA to assemble if the wind kicks up but quite nice!
Okay, this is all sheet metal on the outside and when you're first assembling it you'll think "this is a poorly manufactured POS" but as you start reinforcing the walls it really sturdies up quite nicely- BEWARE, if the holes aren't lining up you've probably got the piece in the wrong configuration even if it's on the correct side of the building and in the right place- it's a lot like Tetris, just start flipping it around until the holes line up- they really do. DEFINITELY ANCHOR this bad boy and get the floor reinforcement (if it snows where you live- get the supports for the roof). Also, if you intend to assemble it next to a building, prep the site and level it but go ahead and put it together several feet away from the building- it's lightweight enough to pick up after it's fully assembled (perks of being sheet metal)- we initially tried assembling it right next to the house but that was not joyous as we had to get behind it for several steps- when we moved it away from the house it was much easier.

Don't Bother
I thought this would be great to have in the backyard to hold our extra lawn items. Although good for that particular purchase assembly was a complete and uter nightmare! Most of the holes do not match up correctly, prepare to buy the correct screws to make your own. Half of the products were cut either too short or too long (and yes the numbers on the items that I am talking about did match in the directions where we used them.) Took 2 days to assemble as well..Had to make our own floor foundation, good luck with that. Honestly had I known it would be such a HASSLE to put together I would've NEVER purchased this item. Please don't bother if you don't have 2 full days of dedication and the extra money it takes to put together besides the total price of the product. TERRIBLE!!
