Here's my issue with this formula. About 30 minutes after taking one pill, I was having trouble breathing.Not gasping for air but having trouble taking a deep breath. At first I thought it was something I might haveeaten, something I was allergic to....I don't have asthma or breathing problems but I did feel allergic toeither ALA itself, or the dosage of one pill. I gave it three tries. I also got constipated from this formula. Then on the 4th night, I didn't take a pill...I noticed I had zero breathing problems......next morning I was notconstipated. Something about this formula does not agree with me. I returned it for a refund. I wanted tolike it...I know ALA is supposed to be a great supplement....just not for me.
