One of my essentials every time I have a cold. Clears nasal congestion within minutes of use. The smell isn’t too unpleasant which makes it slightly easier to use. You can find this in supermarkets but typically for a higher price, which is why I purchase from here, great value for money. Take a deep inhale through your nose while pressing opposite nostril with your finger to really get it far into your nose, and it will work wonders. You may taste it in the back of your throat so have some water handy to get rid of that! I would highly recommend.

Crikey this stuff is good!! I had the most annoying cold with a blocked nose so bad that I felt I was suffocating at night. I took this and within 2 minutes the nasal passages had totally cleared and I was able to get some sleep. Brilliant stuff and highly recommended !!

Felt a cold coming on so naturally wanted to get ahead and find a nasal spray. It arrived just in time as I was developing the blocked and stuffy nose symptoms of a dreaded cold. I have to say I was so impressed with not only how quickly it worked but also how well it clears your nose, it’s full on ‘smell in ultra high definition’ type clear!! Well worth the money and so easy to use. Definitely keeping this on my list of frequent purchases for lurgy season

This is THE BEST blocked nose spray you can buy. I always get really bad colds and this is an absolute lifesaver. However, I've been using it for about 7 years whenever I get a cold. It used to last a full 10 hours now it lasts about 2 if I'm lucky. So if you use it, only use it when you really need to as I think you can build up an intolerance to it.

This spray works very well, especially when your nose is severely blocked due to a cold or sinus congestion. Relief comes quickly, and unlike some menthol-based drops, it doesn’t tend to dry out or irritate the nasal passages as much. I’ve also found that using it for a few days doesn’t usually lead to nosebleeds, which can sometimes happen with stronger decongestant drops. That said, one important warning: do not use it for more than about a week. Prolonged use can cause what’s known as rebound congestion, where your nose becomes dependent on the spray and feels constantly blocked without it. If you accidentally end up in that situation, a trick that helped me was to use the spray in only one nostril for about a week, letting the other side recover naturally. After that, stopping completely becomes much easier and avoids suffering through a fully blocked nose for several days. Overall, this is an excellent short-term solution for heavy congestion — just make sure to use it responsibly and only for a limited period.

This stuff is great and a life saver. It gets straight to the action and gets rid of your blocked nose. A must have for annoying colds.

It serve me better when i had a blocked nose

It's funny how you heard many methods growing up and nothing really worked. This actually does, and lasts for ages. I take it before I go sleep as well and find I do have a better one. Completely unblocks it after about 5-10 minutes after use. The first sensation isn't pleasant but well worth it lol.

I bought it coz I thought it will be somehow better then cheapest nose decongestant like otrivin. No difference at all except it’s 5 time more expensive. Just throw of 100 aed. It’s definitely not working for 10 hrs as described. There r some good reviews here. But for me- it was just a waste.

I really like this nasal spray. It really helps clears up my congestion. I really would recommend it to other people who are suffering with congestion in their nose. I like it and I would buy it again.

Much better than the stuff you get at the US pharmacy.
