This is great for certain pie crusts and also smear some cream cheese and eat as a snack. This German brand meets all my expectations.

I use zwieback, with a few ingredients added to it, in place of graham crackers for the crust of my homemade cheesecake. Once tried, you’ll never use graham crackers again!
