Excellent waist trainer! I am so pleased with it! My mom loves the way it shapes my "stick" figure (lol) and asked me to order one for her as well. One of my best friends also ordered one after all of my excitement and she is equally pleased. The quality is superior to the amazing price of $20 or so bucks (dependent on the size you order). I was just as confused on the sizing as I'm sure a lot of readers will be, so I'll go into detail of sizing and my experience with this item below - I am 5'2", about 110 lbs, and (without the waist trainer) my waist measures to 26". Originally I ordered a size Small Yianna Waist Trainer. The sizing chart states "Small (Fits 24-25 Inch Waistline)". Once I received my item and put it on, there wasn't much struggle to get the first row hooked on (like the expression, "Fits like a glove")... which is not what you want from a waist clincher/trainer. So, I returned it the same day and ordered a size XS, which Yianna sizing states "XS (Fits 22-23 Inch Waistline)". Bingo! The XS is here and it fits the way that a waist clincher/trainer should! We want this baby to be a bit tight so that it can work our waist into the desired smaller size. And is it comfortable!! You'll immediately notice the quality of the item as soon as you take the clincher out of the packaging. Now, my mom is about 5'2" and her waist measures at 39". I did not initially measure her waist, as she told me to order a size Large for her and I did as asked. When the Large came in, we could not get the clincher on her. So, I measured her and figured if I had to order a clincher minus 3 of my actual waist line (My actual waistline is 26nch - 3inch = 23inch is what I ordered for myself the second time), then I'll do the same for her and placed an order for "3XL (Fits 35-37 Inch Waistline)". Try my suggestion above - Measure your waist before ordering, subtract 3 inches from your measurement and choose the size that falls under the calculated measurement. Subtract 3! I guess this might also depend on your comfort level... I'm quite comfortable throughout the day with the XS. I have tried to sleep with it on one night, but I'm not quite there yet for overnight comfort. It's been about a week and I'm loving it!.

I read to order smaller than my size, so I started with a small in the breathable version. It was WAY too small. So I returned it, and ordered a large in the latex boned version. This one fit just right! The bones in it really make it that much better. I've always described my body shape as "rectangle" because after I had a baby I just lost any type of curve in my waist. This makes me feel curvy and secure. It was a little hard to get used to but now I work 6 hour days waitressing in it and I prefer having it on over not having it on. Sometimes the hooks get bent up and won't latch but they are easy to bend back in place. Here is my measurements if it helps with your sizing: 41 Bust 37 Waist 41 Hips Weight: about 155 Height: 5'5 I'm 29 and had a baby 8 years ago, if that helps too.

The size was right. The material was what I wanted - not see through. Maintained shap after washing and did not shrink. Attempted to order another pair but no longer available.

Waist training I got my Yianna waist belt in Today and I put it on I had to pull and push but I got it On it feels amazing I love how it fit I got a size large Because I Read some of the reviews And they say that it’s supposed to be tight And suck everything in and I still have room when I lose weight in my waist I’m on the first Snap and I will be updating As time goes on And it fits my torso really good Ladies just buy it you’re going to absolutely love it 😍🥰👍

This my fifth Yianna waist trainer. I started with M and am now a size XS . I am 5,2 and found it difficult to get a waist trainer that will not over shadow my torso. I bought the one for short torso but it will leave this fupa and my upper back will be popping out. But with this particular one everything is great. A little hard to put on at first but once you break in you good to go. Don't think twice just buy it. YIANNA WAIST TRAINERS ARE THE BEST SO FAR TO ME.
