Nice quality material and comes with a carrying/storage case when not in use. I like that the magnetic closures keep the cargo area secured if you lock the tailgate as well as protects cargo from the elements. It’s mostly waterproof aside from the gaps near the roll bar and rear seat but overall provides decent rain protection. Couldn’t beat the sale price on this either! Was able to get the sugar skull design one for $25! It is kinda a pain to get on the first time but doing so on a sunny day will help! Only drawback is that I had to remove my aftermarket quick release hard top screws that I love in order to fit the cargo cover on with the edges secured.

I’ll add a picture once it warms up and my tops come off, with that being said, it easily stores in the carry case it come in when you’re not using it or in the winter time as I am now. It’s not difficult to install and just uses a little finger strength and probably a cold beer and it’ll slip in place with the cuffs that go around the edges of the jeep. I like how it fits on my 4 door JKU 2015, and it looks good as if part of the Jeep all while covering my junk in the back especially when you have to run to WalMart and have to hide or take stuff out, this covers it and it’s not easy to access for someone snooping lol. The only reason I gave 4 is because the very back flap has magnets to seal that part and which is fine and smart to use, but there is a break light and tire on the door so I just have to hold one corner up and keep the other end from getting closed in the back door. Not a big deal just a step to do. The magnets inside the back flap will fit over the back door when it’s closed giving it a sealed around covers so it’s nice and I like it. Need a plastic or metal rod through that back flap so the entire length can flip up and down when I close the door and not slam part of it in the door lol. Good product.

It took a moment to figure out how to get this cargo cover installed, but once on it works great. It's tight and quiet - no flapping noise at highway speeds. After a few weeks of use there are still some wrinkles from how it was folded in the box, but I'm hoping those go away after time. My only complaint is that it takes a moment to get the rear door open as you've got to lift the whole magnetized edge off the door first. However, the magnetic edges are what make it sit flush - it's a very clever design idea. Overall, it's a great cover.
