I know many people get stomach ache after taking Oregano oil. But often it's not because of a side effect of itself or its harmfulness. In my experience, it turned out that it was caused by my bad gut bacteria, which may be Candida. I heard that killing bad bacteria causes stomach aches, a part of die-off/herxing. So stomach ache tells you you have bad bacteria in your stomach. Over time, my stomach ache softened and eventually went away while I tried this repeatedly. I no longer get stomach aches. A strong smell is the only downside.
