I like that it does it's job! It holds my door open from the kitchen to the garage. It is a heavier door and on a hinge spring, as per code in our state. It really is my buddy in getting the groceries into the house! What could be better, the magnet could stand to be a bit stronger. I feel like it comes away too easily. However, I do have some sweatshirts hanging behind the door, so this may the issue. All in all, one of my favorite things I have discovered!

Bathroom door is not properly hung so keeps closing when it is needed to stay open. This item is a diy solution. Inexpensive. Easy to install. Does the job.

was used for the bathroom door since it would close and didnt want it to do that. install was easy. its lasted well and easy to wipe dust off

I was surprised it was t as strong of magnet as my previous one that rusted.

This is second house I've installed these in. They are a must have with robot vacuums. Lining them up for install is tedious, but so worth the work!

I have doors in my house that are crooked and swing shut on their own. These work awesome at solving that problem. I have bought several of them.

They look great but the magnets are not strong. If the magnets were better I would have rated it higher

We are taking care of a relative suffering from advanced dementia at home, and the small bathroom where many cleanups, etc. have to be done has a door that was always swinging away from the wall, resulting in many painful collisions with the doorknob, corner of the door, etc. as well as just taking up extra space. This door stop was inexpensive, and even before I read the instructions it took maybe 30 seconds to figure out how to mount it. (Of course I *did* read the instructions before actually mounting it, just to be sure.) It was actually a bit smaller & lighter than I'd visualized, but that's actually a good thing. We no longer have to worry about someone catching the doorknob (or the sharp corner of the door itself) in their side, their thigh, etc. when working in that room. I'm actually considering buying a couple more of these to take care of annoying doors in my own home. Would definitely recommend.

achei que o produto iria funcionar, mas a porta fechou facilmente no primeiro vento que surgiu. Só não devolvi pq instalei depois do prazo de devolução e mesmo sem ele funcionar não pude devolver pela falha do produto.

When I bought my house, this type of door stop was in almost every room except my upstairs bathroom, I had looked around to find ones that matched the others but styles and prices varied- this is the one I chose and it’s a nearly perfect match for the others and works perfectly in my upstairs bathroom. It was super easy to install and both looks and works great. Since I leave all doors open when rooms aren’t in use I no longer have to use the garbage can to hold the door open.
