I believe the scoop size is a teaspoon, since that is the serving size. Start out with a smaller amount, like a half or quarter of a teaspoon to see how you react to it.

Micro Ingredients: What all is left behind after your extraction has been done? All we know is that one ingredient's % that's listed. What's lost?

Good question. They say, "Ginkgo biloba also contains two constituents (flavonoids and terpenoids) that have strong antioxidant properties to slow down the progression of age-related issues. But then there is no mention of their product actually containing any terpenoids (just the flavones/flavenoids). Also, note that this is only a 10:1 extract, and not 30:1 like many others. Nothing wrong with that, just thought I'd point that out. My current Ginko brand is only 120mg, but almost as much Ginkgo Flavones as in 350mg of Micro Ingredients. Plus it DOES have standardized 6% terpenes.
