Inexpensive and it gets the job done. i made the mistake of putting milk in mine the first time I ever used it. Don't do that. Get an actual milk heater. After cleaning it thoroughly there's still a lingering smell. But if you use it correctly and put water in it then it's great. It takes maybe 3 minutes to boil and then it automatically turns off and stays heated while on the heating pad. My only complaint is you have to actually take the lid off of it in order to pour, unless I just don;t have it lined up correctly. I use this to make hot chocolate pretty frequently after buying it instead of a $100+ "cordless" kettle.

Very good kettle. Looks nice and boils water quickly. I was used to a spring loaded flip lid (with a button) so the fully removable lid took me by surprise a little (I didn't check the specs) but not a big deal. Perhaps the one thing I do notice is the water stays boiling for perhaps a touch longer than it should. But other than that, my tea tastes lovely!
