3M Heavy Duty Acid Bowl Cleaner, Ready-to-Use, 1 Quart, 12/Case

nothing cleans rust stains like this product.

I’ve use the stuff for a long time for various other things. But the main reason I bought those and some parents might have this problem too. My son flushed pork bones down the toilet. And as you might expect a clog the toilet. I poured a half a bottle of this into the toilet and let it sit for half a day and it broke the bones down enough to be flushed. Love this stuff Highly recommend. Also I have use this to treat rust calcium and stains in showers.

Money not completely wasted

Before buying 3M bowl cleaner I used Lightning Kleen but, for $17.99 per quart, I just couldn't keep buying it. I bought a case of 3M cleaner and it cleans just as well as the Lightning Kleen but for a lot less! When there is crud in the bottom of the toilet bowl, plunge out as much water as possible, pour in about 1/2 cup of 3M cleaner and let sit until crud is gone. I did this and it was gone in an hour! It smells VERY bad, like rotten eggs. Turn on an exhaust fan and wear a mask..and gloves. This is also great for cleaning showers and tubs, however, only spray small sections at a time or it WILL overwhelm you with the odor. Great for cleaning away hard water...it may discolor the faucets if you don't scrub and rinse immediately.

This stuff works really well,especially if you let it sit. I do how ever still need a pumice stone if the toilet ring is really bad. I own my own Cleaning service and come across many degrees of nasty toilets. I am happy to have found this product. I have used it for 6 months before writing this review.

Good product. I ordered 2 cases of 12 quarts. 1 case had 12 quarts plus a bowl mop. The other case had 11 quarts with no bowl mop. Evidently quality control in shipping is non-existent. The case had been returned, taped up like normal, and sent back out. Very disappointed.

This product removed the rust build up in my toilet. I was extremely satisfied.

My wife used to scrub those brown stains in the bowl with a pumice stone.even with that, they took a lot of elbow grease to remove. Loving my wife as I do, I decided to try and make her life easier. So I bought this 3M cleaner to try. I made a dipper out of a empty drink bottle, dipped as much water out as possible before adding this stuff. 25 years of built up water deposits in the goose necks were gone!Now she's mad at me for taking so long to find this.
