Well absorbed form
I have been having some fatigue issues from taking statins and my doctor recommended coq10. It was important to me to get a product that has good absorption even if I don't take it with a high fat meal. This product was recommended by a popular supplement testing company that I trust. It will probably be quite some time before I know if it's working, it can take up to 8 weeks to really get the full benefit of coQ10 even with daily supplementation. I've been reading some of the concerns from the one star reviews. I think the concern over the ingredients is overblown. Polysorbate 80 is fine in very small doses. Also, the Ubiquinone form is fine in this case because the absorption issue is being addressed by the emulsification process. Some have mentioned the pill being large but i didn't even notice because softgels never give me trouble. The caps don't have what I'd call a familiar scent but i would not call it unpleasant either. Lastly this product may provide nutritional support for folks dealing with hereditary myopathy.

Excellent product!
I was experiencing horrible muscle cramps resulting from the Statin I must take.. The leg cramps woke me up at night. This CoQ10 has eliminated the cramping completely.
