Marvel Avengers: Infinity War Drax with Infinity Stone

At ten dollars drax is pretty pricey. He's only 6 inches tall but the infinity Stone and his weapons are very detailed as is he.

This just came today, it had already been opened, they attempted to tape it, but the tape was falling off too. Also, it’s the small size, not the bigger action figure size. Super disappointed when I received this. No kid wants to open a present that looks like someone has opened before them. It should’ve Atleast been discounted.
