Quiet a decent product with good quantity and quality
I hv bought this product for my father as it is a medicinal herb with great benefits. My father is diabetic nd has high BP so he came to knw abt Punarnava nd I ordered it from Amazon. He takes 1 spoon of this powder with milk half an hour before the meal. Taken this way it has known to improve kidney function nd has its effects on insulin secretion too.. Also maintains blood pressure.So the product is nice nd quantity nd quality wise is good too.

There is dust/soil in it. Waste of money.
Most of the people don't check powders for dust and take it with whatever liquid it is advised to take with and don't know that there is a fair chance that there would be fine dust in it. NeutraVed's Punarnava Poder has a lot of dust in it. And this is non returnable too. So, basically I threw my money into the dust.
