This tea is wonderful. I have been sleeping better for the last week because of the tea. The valerian is what makes this tea. The tea is also sweet and requires no sugar which is an added plus.

Love the flavor! I drink these every night to help me wind down and relax as part of my evening routine- and the flavor is really good so it helps me curb after dinner sweet cravings 🫶🏽 i have the tea on subscribe and save so I don’t run out!
