Best thinner I've found.
I paint miniatures so having properly thinned paints is a must. They have to spread evenly and easily and have a uniform consistency. I used water and lahmian medium among other thinners before I stumbled upon this one. There is no comparison. This thinner gets the paints perfect and all it takes is a couple of drops. I never have any trouble keeping my details sharp even with multiple coats.

Brought 8 Year Old Paints to Life
I got back into an old hobby and had old Citadel paints laying around. Half were completely dried out, but some were still salvageable.. Just threw in a number of drops into each and let it sit for a few days. Then a couple more drops, shaken, and it was good to go. Usually for fresh paints a 1:1 ratio is all you need.
