An amazing detailed book that covers all the major body systems with clear and detailed rationales. I highly recommend using this book to prepare for NCLEX.

I highly recommend this book to anyone studying for the NCLEX-RN exam. It is very lengthy and thorough. At times it felt very monotonous and tedious to complete, however, it definitely paid off. This was my main mode of studying and I passed the NCLEX on my first attempt. I think this book really teaches you how to answer NCLEX style questions. I recommend taking at least a month to work through this book so you aren't overexerting yourself studying. I did it in a couple of weeks, but I was studying full-time and it was still overwhelming. I did every single question in this book and read all the rationales of questions I got wrong. The only downside I have to say about this book is some of the answer keys have the wrong answer, but you will recognize that when reading the rationale - just closely pay attention while grading. Good luck, future RNs!

This book is so helpful for NCLEX prep as well as studying for exams in school. Very clear rationale for all answers.
