This constant maintenance has become quite a hassle, and it is nothing like the seamless performance I experienced with the same model I bought from a retail shop five years ago. When I first purchased the water filter, I expected it to function as efficiently as its predecessor, which served me well for years. However, it seems like the build quality or the materials used in this new purchase are subpar, resulting in an inferior UF membrane. The filter's inability to function without clogging up so frequently makes it more of a burden than a convenience. I have followed the manufacturer's instructions diligently and have even tried using different water sources, but the problem persists. I understand that water quality can vary, but the older version of the same filter had no issues handling a similar environment effortlessly. Aside from the inconvenience of constant cleaning, I am concerned about the long-term durability of the filter. If the UF membrane is already struggling after a short period of use, I worry that it might not last as long as expected, making this purchase a waste of money. I have always been a loyal customer of this brand, and my previous positive experience led me to choose the same model again. However, I am deeply disappointed with the decline in quality, especially considering the substantial price I paid for this water filter. I hope the manufacturer takes customer feedback seriously and looks into improving the UF membrane's design and overall performance. Until then, I cannot recommend this product to others, as it fails to deliver on its promise of providing clean, filtered water with minimal maintenance. In conclusion, I regret purchasing this water filter and wish I could have the same reliable experience I had with the older version. It serves as a reminder that even reputable brands can falter when it comes to consistency and product quality. Pros: None, due to frequent UF membrane clogging. Filter is ok but Firstly got a filter with fitting problem so i went with replacement option and just see what i got in return a broken one, very disappointing. Seller need to be honest with their customers.

Pros: - The water we get from the municipality would show white cotton like residue after I would keep it in the refrigerator for a while. This purifier does remove it and the water stays crystal clean. Cons: - Requires clean up every few months - Can take a while to purify so not ideal for a family with more than 3 people. You will have to keep refilling often. - Wish it had a 3rd tank on top where I could just dump unpurified water as it is because the current design needs you to pour water through the first filter directly so it is a bit of slow process waiting for the water to drain through the filter of the upper tank. Side Note: - Drain the first couple of rounds of filtered water as it will be black due to the first use of carbon granules in the carbon filter. - TDS doesn't show any significant change. It was 120 before the filter and 100-110 after filteration. - Taste does change a tad bit bitter.
