Good working and impressive service
Very good product and impressive service. I used it for a while and then element was not working properly. I complained it to B&B and they shipped new element without any additional cost. It's very good for small family and works very well.

Breakage
The handle as in pic above came in two pieces and we have stuck it with glue but may not last !!
