does it work with bose sounddock serial number begins 0402?

I have a Bose Sound Dock, serial # starting with 0402. It worked perfectly. Unwrapped the DockLinQ, plugged it onto dock where my ipod use to go, connected via bluetooth and music came through beautifully! Couldn't have been simpler.

I have not tried that. I only use it to stream music thru my non Bluetooth Onkyo stereo system and it works perfectly.
