I was very skeptical but decided to try this. I am so so happy with the results. I take it for every meal and have been drinking a lot of water. I no longer grab snacks especially late at night. I have lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks of using this product. It is not a miracle pill that you take and you don't get hungry. It's a tool to help you, but you need to put in the work and train your mind. If this doesn't work for you then you are doing it all wrong. I highly recommend this and I will continue to take even after I meet my goal. My vitamin d and b12 are now in normal range. a true win in a bottle.

This product did nothing to curb my appetite! A waste of money.!! So many ingredients, but not the right ones to help you lose weight! Dissatisfied!

I give it 4 stars cause it does work. I had a sign effect of car/motion sickness and stopped taking it. Took it for one month.

I’m convinced! I’ve been struggling with bloating and weight loss since my hysterectomy in July. It’s ridiculous at this point. I’ve taken vitamins and alli and the weight was NOT moving however, since I started popping these pills over her last week I have lost 3 lbs. I just ordered another bottle in case these sell out when I need them next month. They are easy to digest and I’ve had no upset stomach.

My appetite is definitely suppressed—I haven’t been reaching for chips or making late-night sandwiches after 6 pm. Even on the one day I skipped (day 3), I noticed my appetite was still under control that evening, which really impressed me. I’m also going through menopause, which usually makes weight loss feel like climbing a mountain, but these have truly made a difference. So far, I’ve lost an additional 6 lbs, and I combine these with daily workouts, including 5–6 mile walks. I also love that there’s no weird aftertaste or sweet flavor. Overall, I feel these are helping me stay on track, and I can truly see myself hitting my weight loss goal by February, if not sooner. Highly recommend!

Did absolutely nothing for me. Did not stop hunger, didn't help me feel full. Did not give me energy. It did nothing it claimed to do. Followed instructions. Would not recommend.

I love this product. I’m not big on weight loss supplements because I typically prep my food and workout regularly. I fell off the band wagon within the past year and was looking for a little assistance to help me get back on track with cravings and getting back to a healthy diet. I must say, I’m very impressed with this one. Today makes 1 month and I’m down 12 pounds. I only take 2 per day. One at 6 am and another at about 1pm. It takes a good month to really feel the effects of the appetite suppression, so stay consistent to see the results. I don’t eat with the first pill and I don’t become nauseated. I’m back prepping meals and I’ll now start back to my regular workouts. With the workouts added, I can expect an easy 10 within the next month. I recommend this to anyone looking to add to a system of goals.
