Q: Having a problem installing on 5 gallon from whole foods

Won't work with screw on top. Need to separate the two pieces. Snap ring on then screw spout on.

Idk our cap is working fine It sounds like you may have screwed it on incorrectly

No. I’ve never seen this version of baby blue. It came without it.

Q: Bought this and on second bottle but am unable to get it off any suggestions?

It ring turns opposite to what’s you might think, but it can be hard to turn, if you or someone stronger tightened it a lot. Once it is turned as far as you can to open, then you pull it off.
