I bought one of these for my daughter as a Christmas present and when it arrived it was so beautiful I ordered another one for myself. You can see that an awful lot of work has gone into the product and I enjoyed pulling all the little branches in place. It’s great value to for such a lovely thing. It has pride of place on my window sill so that I will see it every day.

Very good looking product, arrived well packaged and all handmade by a small business. Highly recommend this product. A lot of care and detail has been taken into account. Only small thing, when packaged, all the crystals are packaged together and so might be difficult to unpack. However I understand that with a product of this nature it is very difficult to fit inside a suitable box.

Very happy with this! I was worried at first that some parts might of been damaged in transit but no, came with all pieces intact and the tree looked great once the branches were all separated out. Definitely worth the money!

Beautiful gift for a friend birthday. Unfortunately one of the crystal fell to pieces. Not your fault it was the delivery man. Threw the package upstairs and decided not to deliver with care. I manage to set it right, due to the deadline of my friend birthday. Will be looking to purchase more

Gorgeous tree! Was bought as a gift for my Nana and she loves it! Really nice quality but a little hard to get it to look as full as in the picture as the crystal parts come all twisted round but this is so it can be packaged. I have to say…I might be buying one for myself!

The packaging and delivery was exceptional. The tree is beautiful and captivating. However, the base is so light that it is not able to hold the weight of stones. So, we have to open the branches of tree to balance with the light base A slight movement here and there can dislocate it. Please rework on base material.
