Extremely poor instructions
The instructions were clearly written by someone trying to be as obtuse as possible. The start up instructions tell you to fill the measuring cup to 175ml, then refill it to 75ml after pouring it in. However, the measuring cup itself is only 150ml, and has increments of 50ml. Why would someone do that? Just say 150 and 100! They then go on to warn you not to overfill it, but they tell you 10 ounces is the maximum. Why have everything measured in ml and then give one measurement in ounces?The rest of the instructions likewise feel like they're written for a different product.However, the device itself is easy enough to put together if you mostly ignore the instructions.

Working good
We got this because we needed to clean our creasy cabinets. My husband and tried it out right after we got it. It works so well on our cabinets and we have caked greases on our cabinets. You can tell the differences right away after you wipe it. However, on the microwave glass door was a little bit tougher and needed a little bit scrub. We really like it though

Very Useful
I bought this in order to clean certain areas that are hard to clean with just cleaner and sponge. I can blast dirty areas with ease. And once the dirt is loose I can mop it up easily.
