very soft and crumbly - not chewy. Love these. I first tasted sesame seed snacks in Israel. It is nice to be able to get them in the states. This are so delicious and melt in your mouth. Worth it.

I'm impressed with the flavor and the 4 stars represents that. What bothers me is the texture is somewhat gritty and I found some small unknown small 'things' that don't dissolve. I had to spit into a tissue and discard.

As a Type 1 Diabetic this is a great find. It's a great snack or just a great way to end a meal. Love the flavor and the texture of it. If you are tired of to many snacks that taste the same and want to try something new this is it. Alcohol sugars are a great option for type 1 and type 2 diabetics more than for weight watchers so the product may be better for keeping blood sugar in range that to diet.
