Not cheap but worth the price
I used to spend a lot of time changing the weights to use, as I had those where you have to remove some pieces. With this it’s a pleasure to decrease/increase the weight as needed.

Fantastic versatile dumbbells

Great for home workouts
I bought this product after watching fitness blender videos. They are easy to use and store and I find them great. Only one negative is the balance of weight can feel off to someone who is used to normal dumbbells.
