Do Not Buy
Phone is CRAP, had to change carrier, n it doesn't work right half the time. It has got worse everyday, wish I could give it back. I can't make a phone call half of the time, n screen shots don't save, PIECE OF CRAP!!!!!!

Ok purchase
Still trying to fully navigate the device a little large for my hands. But does what it's ment to do The charger stopped working days after purchase but I had travelled so was not able to retune same. Ear phones do not work at all when connected said it was not compatible. updating my post. A few day after this the WhatsApp stopped working saying it had to verify my number. waited 24 hours mod nothing had to visit my carrier as well as a technician thinking I had done something wrong. still nothing. even after resetting the phone. kept saying I have to download the original whatsapp which the phone does not allow you to do. now I am stuck with no what'sapp on the device. bummer.

Pleases with my purchase
Phone came as described. Delivery was a few days early thanks to Bindhu a customer service representative who helped to expedite shipping. Purple 12+512 GB. Came with a screen protector already installed and an extra one in package. Everything listed in the description came with the phone. Fingerprint and face unlock. Also dual sim. I am very pleased with my purchase so far. I gave 4 stars for now, we'll see how it works out.

Not as expected, won't recommend.
Phone anticipated receiving was a dual sim, was sent something different. It seems to have an issue cuts off and restarts around 60% battery life.
