Would recommend these if like me you have a small dog who hates having his nails cut. My chihuahua will not sit still for clippers but these were a breeze and work so well. I was sceptical at how much they would actually take off as other bigger brands had poor reviews but these are a brilliant alternative to nail clippers and keeping on top of nails will now be much easier for me and pup. The lowest speed was enough for us so I can see it working well for bigger dogs too. Easy to handle, not too big or heavy, surprisingly quiet and they feel good quality.

Very quiet, efficient, lightweight and trims my dogs nails fast. I like the safety features eg the lights and how easy it is to operate with one hand. It has a very long battery life and charges quickly. And a great price at £30 including delivery!

Oh my goodness !! this is a revelation. I have a 12-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier. He is absolutely terrified of having his nails clipped. He’s been ill treated his whole life. I’ve only had him three years. This machine was amazing. I sat him in the back of the car where he feels safe and he let me do all of his nails. It’s an amazing little tool one criticism. I wish it was a little bit rougher on the sander bit because it takes quite some time to get the nail down- otherwise it’s great! It’s not very quick but he’s deaf now so he can’t hear the sound so much . If a dog can hear - I’m sure it’ll be a little unnerving but you can turn it down slow - so I’ll just do it on the lowest setting But I turned it up and did his feet no problem excellent purchase!!

My dog tolerates this much much better that clippers. I do one nail at a time As the grinder heats up and I don’t want heat to put my dog off. Great bit of kit and super quiet

Wife impressed with this tool. It claims to be intelligent by adjusting itself to maintain selected speed as load increases. Using it I see no reason to doubt the claim. Overall pleased with the purchase.
