Works great and just as good as other more expensive ones. Really recommend.

I spend a lot of time on the road in my car for work. Sometimes when I come back my back is so tight from all the traffic and pressure. This really helps to work it out and saves me a trip to the chiropractor.

I lay on this stretcher for only five minutes a day, at the most gentle curve, and it does wonders for my low back pain, the compression pain in my abdomen and even my breathing.

It had 3 different positions and the pad makes it more comfortable

Don't expect this to work at all. They have absolutely zero structural support. It bent flat when I used it at all settings.

It took some time to adapt to the device and find the right body position, but I quickly acclimated, and now it feels fantastic. The device provides excellent back stretching, and in no time, it becomes quite relaxing. Additionally, I utilize it as back support for my office chair, and it works seamlessly for that purpose too.

So easy to use and gives a terrific stretch to anyone who has lower back issues. Showed it to my massage therapist and chiropractor and they were both impressed.

The only to dislike is its perfectness
