Awesome little radio, love it in the clear plastic, works really well. Best one for the money, just don't forget the 18650 battery's.

Awesome affordable radio! I see a lot of people saying that “this is a piece of junk” or “wouldn’t recommend for real flight only simulators” the one thing I can say is the learning curve to program it is a little steep, but once you Figure it out the versatility this radio gives you is amazing!! I’ve been using this with my Goosky s1 successfully. I was able to set it up exactly how I wanted it: with one of the 3 position switches set for 3 different head speeds, the other for angle mode and 3D mode, and the momentary switch is the throttle cut.. people need to remember what this radios intended use is when they buy it: its compact and awesome for travel, it’s not going to feel like a bigger radio. But I literally throw this in a backpack with its bag and my S1 in there in its box and I can easily bring that set up anywhere! It also works great on the simulator and is pretty simple to set up with windows computers. If you want a bigger radio, get a bigger radio! Don’t talk smack about something because you bought the wrong tool for the job! I probably will get a bigger radio at some point in addition to this one for larger models, but this radio has a ton of features stuffed into a small package. Between 16 channels and 60 different program banks for different models it’s a home run imo..

The RadioMaster Pocket ELRS (Transparent) has become my go-to controller for quick flying sessions and travel. The transparent case with built-in LEDs isn't just eye-catching - it's actually useful for visualizing switch positions in low light conditions. What impresses me most is how RadioMaster packed full EdgeTX functionality into such a compact form factor. The hall effect gimbals provide smooth, precise control despite their smaller size. As a thumb flyer, I find the ergonomics comfortable for extended sessions, though pinchers may need a short adjustment period. The 250mW ELRS internal module delivers reliable connectivity with excellent link quality throughout my flights. Battery life is good with dual 18650 batteries (not included), easily handling 4-5 hours of active flying before needing a recharge. The foldable antenna and removable stick ends make this truly pocket-sized for transport. I appreciate the thoughtful design touches like the perfectly balanced neck strap hook position and the backlit LCD screen that's readable even in bright sunlight. For beginners, this offers tremendous value with full EdgeTX capabilities at an entry-level price. For experienced pilots, it makes an excellent secondary radio for travel or flying tiny whoops. The external module bay also accepts nano-sized modules for future expansion. The only minor drawbacks: the USB charging and connection ports are separate, and the gimbal tension adjustment screws are a bit difficult to access. But these are minor quibbles for what has become my favorite portable transmitter. Whether you're just starting out or looking for a capable travel companion to your main radio, the RadioMaster Pocket delivers excellent performance in a truly portable package.

This radio is amazing for the price, but make sure you buy the correct one. This one ISNT the ELRS version, this is the 4 in 1 and if you want ELRS you’ll have to buy the modular later on. But if you’re looking for just a radio to start with or even grow with. This is the best one to get. Radio master Is pretty good with their quality control and this is RM Pocket it’s always one of the recommendations for starters. I don’t think I’ll be upgrading to the boxer for the time being till this breaks or something.
