Q: Are the tubes supposed to be open?

I’ve purchased more than once & the tubes were always open. The box was sealed.

Q: Can it be used everyday? And if so how many months it can be used in continuity? It’s working wonders for us, so I just want to know can I continue?

It's organic so we used as needed which for our little one was every 1hr or so to keep her comfortable
