For the price hands down the best knife I have purchased. Sharp from first use. Great on veggies and meats. Nice metal quality weighty enough to know there is enough meat to sharpen for years

This might be my favorite knife now. It's fun to use, even if it's not always intuitive on how to best apply the edge. I gave it a full 5 stars even though it was not as sharp as advertised. It was fairly sharp but definitely has spots that needed more attention. I will try sharpening it soon and depending on how that goes might edit the stars, but from what I have seen of it and the quality of it I don't expect I will lower my rating. Pros: -Unique blade that if fun to use -Finger hole that keeps knife from slipping even when hands/handle are slippery -Appears to be good quality steel (I'm not a metal worker and have yet to sharpen it to get a feel for it's quality) -Full tang (metal of the blade continues to the bottom of the handle. This is important so that if the handle is damaged the blade won't fall off and become unusable, just will need a new grip) Cons: -Not initially as sharp as advertised (edge wasn't terrible, just not the razor sharp as promised) -Case/sheath had to be purchased separately (maybe I am being to critical here. It is sold as a kitchen knife after all) I think for the price it is a very good purchase so far (pending ease of sharpening)
