Found it to be good value and very entertaining

Looked for this film for years (The Bishops Wife ) and finally found it . Fantastic ! Would buy again.

All are classics. Perhaps FATHER GOOSE not so classic but charming and very enjoyable.None however are exceptional transfers, and each without the extras found in their NTSC editions. There are claims of restoration, so one wonders what the original source must have been like.For comparison, look what has been done to that perennial favorite HIS GIRL FRIDAY, swept out of public domain and made to look like it was filmed yesterday. No such care herein.But to be fair, and trying hard to ignore speckling, an occasional scratch, major graininess, and perhaps an overall softness, these are acceptable viewings. You will be immediately caught up in their wit and superlative performances. If the price suits your fancy, buy it now.

Came promptly and in a lovely box

so sorry, but the way France makes there dvd's and the way America makes them seems to be different. none of the disk's would work on my DVD player. so I had to send them back and that cost me my own money. Bumbed

A good collection well worth the money. Perhaps a little dated, but for those brought up in the golden 30's to 50's a feast of nostalgia.
