Great bike
Our daughter loves her new bike! It’s built really well, easy to put together, it’s surprisingly light for a fat tire bike, it looks really great, and all in all was a great purchase.

Big tire bike
The bike is wonderful. The color is nice. I love the color. My dislike is I did not know that it came unassembled, but it was easy to put together with my friend but hard for me because I’m diagnosed with Parkinson’s, but other than that it was a very nice.

Customer service is excellent!!
My first order was cancelled without any communication. After checking with Amazon all they could say was it was cancelled with no reason given. They said reorder which I did. Within 10 minutes I received a message from the seller letting me know the system had a malfunction and the item was out of stock. They offered me a replacement (this bike at the same cost as the original order - this bike was a higher retail price than the original). I accepted their offer and received the bike very quickly. Perfect condition, excellent packaging and was easy to assemble. Our grandson loves it.
