Arrived as pictured and described. Good quality, value, ease of use, and functions as it should. Smaller phone and small notebook fit inside. I wish molle on the front went the other direction, but it's good overall.

This utility pouch was well constructed and a beautiful thin fit for my plate carrier. It sits front and center and even though it is not the same brand as my plate carrier it blends perfectly. This fits pens, sharpies, a phone and/or a small note pad perfectly. It also has a rubber lined zipper for water resistance. Overall I am very impressed with the durability and quality and have referred a few co-workers to purchase it.The pull strings on the zipper also provides easy and quick access even with gloved hands. I recommend it for anyone who needs a compact utility pouch.
