Given as a gift...several purchased. Presented well in packaging but cannot comment on actual items as i am not getting to use them.

I returned these because I don't see how they can be sharpened without comprome or damage to the plastic coating. They might suit someone wanting less mileage and a bit of fun in the kitchen as the colours are fabulous, but I was hoping for long term use/regular sharpening.

It was great.

Had these for over 3 years now. A nice looking knife set, and indeed sharp. However, over the past year the colour coating on the knives had started to flake off, leaving bits on the food you are cutting. And two of the knives pointy ends have chipped off, one I discovered while washing up, found the chipped off bit in the kitchen sink, not sure about the second however.
