Unfortunately, we had to return the first device delivered, as it didn't want to turn on. The second device delivered just a couple of days later, worked perfectly. I am very pleased with this purchase, and I am only upset that I didn't order it months ago. I recently had my knee replaced and have been struggling with pain in the I.T. band. My physical therapist recommended I purchase a massage gun to help with alleviating the pain and tightness from the recovery process. It is definitely helping. This model does not have the heat option or the app for the phone. I don't see a need for either option, and wouldn't recommend those options for anyone. One thing I am doing to help improve battery life is to use the massage gun in the 10 minute intervals and not charging until it gets down below 30%. So far, so good! As for the noise, I really don't feel it is loud. It's a massage gun, not a masseuse. It is a little heavy, but I am using the weight of the gun to perform its work, instead of just trying to push or hold it up. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for pain relief from aching muscles.

Absolutely love this! My boyfriend is a commercial fisherman and is always having pain in all kinds of places. I don’t mind giving him massages when I can but to be honest dreaded it at times- now I’m always willing to use this on him! It’s sooo easy to use and the instructional videos are great and very helpful . The gun is connected to the videos through the app via Bluetooth. He absolutely loves it . I bought the one that heats up and it works wonders . He loves it so much he bought one for my brother in law as well!

I got this for my son. He plays competitive soccer. After 3 or 4 games weekend, he says this massage gun is a lifesaver. The charge last, and the heated option does wonders to alleviate soreness and pain.

I have had many different massagers, and this one beats them all. It fits in the hand perfectly without having to plug it in, and holds the charge, with five different levels of power. I never have to push, I just hold the unit in my hand and it delivers all the power I need to my areas of pain, giving me immediate results. You won’t be sorry you bought it.

Companies/organizations that assemble consumer products are increasingly using lithium batteries -- albeit CHEAP lithium batteries with inadequate wiring assemblies. (A good lithium battery is either self-contained with numerous safety and life-extending mechanisms, or the batteries are protected and extended by external wiring through devices that do the same job for a bundled set of batteries.) This company has apparently chosen to follow the trend of using very cheap batteries and wiring assemblies. Cheap lithium batteries typically work adequately for a short time. Statistics show that products like this massager are generally used several times initially, then rarely, if ever, again. (The lifetime use of products like this massager is surprisingly short -- perhaps a total of 10 hours.) Consequently, companies can use cheap batteries, and most consumers never know they have a product with a short life expectancy since it is rarely exceeded. In my case, the product lasted for about seven full recharge cycles. If you need an aggressive/powerful massager for a one-time use or event, this may be a cost-effective option. Just be aware that you’re taking a gamble with a "throw-away" device. With my experience in electronics and consumer electrical devices, I have no reason to believe this was simply a defective unit, and I have many reasons to believe this unit was essentially designed and assembled as a "defective unit," since few people will exceed the life usage threshold. Beware of critiques that have been submitted shortly after the buyer received the unit. They are still in the “short life expectancy” time period where unit performance would likely create a positive critique. I strongly SUSPECT [speculation only – I have no factual data; only my personal experience with the unit and my years of experience in consumer electronics] a follow-up survey would show a completely different rating with substantially different comments from anyone who has used this unit for more than 10 hours total.
