At first, I wasn't sure it would stay shut while in my purse because it seemed too easy to open by hand, but it's proved itself secure so far.This came with a white plastic 3 way divider in it, but I removed it because I didn't want it. It's a solid piece of plastic, so it should pop out fine by grasping it firmly and twisting it up and out. There was some sticky residue left, but an overnight soak in a bit of oil got rid of it all. (I used avocado oil, but any oil should do e.g. vegetable or corn oil.)This little container looks really nice in person. The metal it's made of doesn't weigh much, but I guess that's to be expected at this price point.I could probably make it even nicer by attaching a small mirror in the upper lid. We'll see.Edit: I was able to fit 3 days worth of my meds in this thing. (12 standard capsules, 6 smaller capsules, and 3 halves of a small tablet) There's enough room left over that I could probably squeeze a couple more standard capsules or a couple of Tylenol tablets in there.I'll be taking this little guy with me whenever I go out so that I have a few days worth of meds in case of emergency.

I love the design on mine. It is well made and can easily hold at least 10 regular sized pills. The button does push in easily, but they you have to lift the lid; it shouldn't accidentally spring open and dump all your pills into your bag or pocket.

I use this as a weekly pill organizer and it works wonderfully! I wrote the initial letter for the days of the week around the edge in sharpie and use each section twice for a week. I refill it on Saturdays so one section has three days briefly. But it works for me! I had struggled finding a cute and small container since I only have one pill to take in the morning. Everything was too big but this turned out perfect!

I love this, one of the best purchases I’ve made! I needed something compact and easy to carry for my lactaid pills (lactose intolerance) and this was the perfect size! It held almost a whole box worth of pills, and it’s easy for me to keep track of so I don’t lose my pills or forget them somewhere. Plus who doesn’t love a cute elephant?! Best. Purchase. Ever. Three decent size compartments so if you need to store various pills you can do so.

For the large to small pills I take daily there is plenty of room inside. It's a nice comfortable case size with a very easy push release to open and it has an easy close. For someone that has a hard time opening a pill case this is really nice.

Very cute and easy to use. I've tossed it in my purse and it's never once come undone, but is easy to open if you're trying!

It is super cute and doesn't look cheap at all. It has three compartments and fits my daily pills perfectly.

Love it so much I bought another for my wife. The latch holds tight..no chance of losing pills.
