The content is excellent, very very useful. Although it arrived on time, the book was mistreated and have black fingerprints on its pages, reason why I give them 3 ⭐.

Horrible! I ordered it November 12th and still haven't received it as of December 17th. I sent an email to try to find it, and haven't received an answer yet. Next time I'll take my business to chapters.
