Best in its class -- Expensive but Worth It!
Expensive but worth it. Why? Accurate, easy to use. Big color screen. Allows for multiple users to send data to their individual Withings accounts. Transmits blood pressure/pulse information to my iPhone Withings and Apple Health Apps. This allows for accurate long-term results trends. Also allows me to transmit data to my doctor. We've used many of these devices and all have some shortcomings including hard-to-read screens. This device solves all those issues. We also like the hard case it comes in. Don't even need to remove from case to use. If you can afford it, buy this device. You won't be sorry. Highly recommended.

BP monitor
Works better than the cuff I was using. Fairly accurate blood pressure readings. Simple to use. But could be more affordable as it’s a bit expensive.

Easy smart blood pressure monitor
I was worried about the set up reading other reviews however it was not difficult at all. It’s a smart blood pressure monitor so you just need to know how to download an app on your phone and link it. It’s pretty cool and easy to use. The blood pressure x3 feature is pretty cool so it automatically does a good job.

Good Hardware - poor app/firmware
I really tried to keep this device, but I will wind up returning it. First, let me say that the issues I experienced with this item don’t have anything to do with the hardware (so far as I can tell). The device installed through the app in what seemed a seamless and trouble free way. The device connects both via Bluetooth (or at least it’s supposed to and WiFi). It was when I took my first reading that I noticed an issue with the Bluetooth. My reading did not not show up more or less immediately in the app as one would expect via a Bluetooth connection. The reading did show up several minutes later as one would expect via WiFi. After more than several resets and emails back and forth with Withings support it was clear that they either did not understand my issue or were unable to solve it. They went so far as to tell me that the device was connected via Bluetooth even when I sent a screenshot showing that it was not connected via Bluetooth. They then tried to say that it wouldn’t show up in iOS Bluetooth settings because it connected through the app. I explained to them that while it was certainly paired through the app it would still show up as connected. I was dealing with one person who basically kept having me restate the issue and saying that the issue was being escalated. There is clearly something amiss with either the app software or the firmware. After six or seven emails with no resolution, I have decided to return the item. I also find the app/device interface a little too quirky. For instance (and I inquired about this too), when you use the x3 reading setting (which you must manually set each time), the device scrolls through the average of the three readings and then each individual reading. It does not transmit the average reading to the app (as I believe it should). It sends the last of the three readings. If this is what it is supposed to do, I don’t understand the purpose of the x3 setting. I could just as easily take three readings myself and use the final one. I’ve always heard good things about about Withings, but this device is too expensive, and the software/firmware too buggy to justify keeping the device. Customer Service/Tech Support is abysmal. In all of those email exchanges, I thought that there were miscommunication/misunderstandings so I asked for phone support. They told me that they don’t have phone support. That was it for me

Good, but like the previous version better.
It's good, easy, accurate. I like the previous version better for no other reason that it's more compact and easier to put on my arm.

Do not buy unless you are technically savvy, otherwise a good product
Bought this to replace an old unit having problems and because my cardiologist wants daily readings. This gets four stars because the device requires either a Microsoft or Google authentication app during setup and the device will not work without you loading the app. If you don’t know how to download and use the authentication app in conjunction with the Withings app you’re going to be extremely frustrated with the setup process. I get it. This records what could be sensitive health information and if you buy into Withings extended information support ($99.99 annually for a subscription) it’s going to record a lot of information and keep it on their servers - so, sensitive health information subject to Fed HIPPA rules. However, once past setup you don’t need to sign up for anything else and all the data is kept on your phone in the Withings app. I didn’t find any problems with aligning the cuff to my arm as some people did. There are plain instructions on how to line it up and there’s a symbol on the cuff to help with alignment. Also, I didn’t find it any more tight than a cuff used at my cardiologist’s office. It is very quiet - my wife remarked the old unit sounded like I was firing up a rocket engine - and it has a rechargeable battery with a USB-C charging cable included. Display is easy to read and set up for one user or a guest (which hasn’t been used yet so can’t tell you if there’s any functionality difference). You can take either a single reading or three readings for an average (recommended); the three readings take about 3 1/2 minutes to complete (reading, wait one minute, reading, wait one minute, reading, results). The Withings app will record all readings via Bluetooth/WiFi connection and does not need to be open when taking your blood pressure, but better to have it open so it records right away otherwise it takes a few minutes to update via the connection. As for portability, it’s larger overall than my old unit and could use a handle on the carry case, but I’m OK with the size. Because it’s self contained and doesn’t need to be plugged in it helps in the portability. I’ve use this daily for a month and have not had to charge it yet.
