Will this stop pains that I get in my heel under my cast?

If the pains are topical; from the cast rubbing etc. I believe it would help. There's talc in the spray which really soothes.

Will the spray get my cast wet? My cast can not get wet

I don’t recall that it got the cast wet. However, it did not work as advertised. I would not purchase it again.

Mine did not come with the hose applicator , that is the whole point of it how can I get that hose sent ?

Can this be sprayed directly on fiberglass cast?

it is my understanding that the reason for using this product is to relieve an itch or itches that cannot be scratched by the person wearing the cast. The product is intended to be applied via the plastic tube attached to the can dispenser tip and sprayed between the cast and the person's part of the body where the cast is placed, so the itch can be relieved. The spray product did, in fact, relieve the itches effectively when we used this product. Spraying this product directly on the OUTSIDE of a fiberglass cast is NOT an effective manner of use.
