It works wonderfully m, I have only used it for a day (we got it yesterday) but really does do the trick. Super convinient and efficient BUT one star off because the cleaning solution was NOT included.

Unit works properly until you start using hot air drying the roller. Because of the high temperature the seal in front of the clean water tank became loose and started leaking and floor became extremely wet while using.

The vacuum stopped working after just 4 months (Bought July, died November). No suction, red light flashing. When I tried to claim the "Two-year warranty" advertised on this page, the seller refused to help. They admitted via email that they have no service center in the region and told me to fix it myself. This is a scam. They promise a warranty to get sales but leave you stranded when the cheap product breaks. Avoid at all costs.

Two weeks of almost daily use as we had messy guest arrived - it does a great job apart from a slight leak or steam right at the end when you turn off to dock. You'll need to literally finish mopping and carry it into the dock before turning off to eliminate this issue. Everything else have been working as it should, and it's brilliant for the task. This is now our main vacuum and moping station for spot cleaning, or intense kitchen clean after a big cook, whilst the robot hoover is the daily scrubber. Greasy or sticky floors from extra guest? Two passes and it's cleaned. Hair and food on the floor? Slow roll over them and it's gone. The best thing is the dock station for it to self clean and charge. All I need to do is clean the dirty tank and refill the water + detergent. Highly recommend non foaming ones, or the mop will leak foam and streaks. Washing the tank after use, over the toilet with a shataf. Super easy, but I'd recommend fortnightly deep washing to minimise long term smell and grime. Beaware of any long plastic, if it does get trapped in the roller, the hairs will build up and leave a long mess. Good news is, you'll hear a difference when it self cleans - so listen out for this difference to minimise long term problem.

I bought it 1 month ago. At first it worked well, but after a month the water tank started leaking after I cleaned the roller with hot air. I will try to contact the service center, but judging by the reviews, no one helps

O manuseio é intuitivo e auto explicativo. Porém ao ser preparado para o uso, o ideal é passar logo na casa inteira. Pequenas migalhas e uso pontual nao é muito prático, com exceção de líquidos, que limpa muito bem! Adorei a compra! Recomendo!

Excellent all in one floor cleaner. This cleaner does an excellent job and best of all has no cord. The battery lasts long enough to do my floors. It makes cleaning easy abd efficient. It also cleans itself on the base. Great product.

للتنويه لا يوجد محلول تنظيف مرفق الجهاز يغنيك عن الكنس + التمسيح اليومي للأرضيات بحكم الفلتر حجمه صغير دائمًا اكنس بمكنسه اخرى واستخدم هالجهاز للتمسيح لتوزيع استهلاك الفلاتر (نفس حجم فلتر المنافسين) يزيل الغبار و بقع القهوه والشاهي وطبعات الاقدام و الجزم بكل اريحيه مرات اظن الارضيه نظيفه وبعد استخدام الجهاز الماء لونه شبه اسود السلبيات: فيها نمطين الايكو و التوربو، التوربو اذا بتستخدمه لتمسيح الارضيات بتخلص بطاريته بسرعه يعني تقريبا التيربو يكفي غرفتين مع ممر والمشكله ان اذا البطارية انخفضت ما تقدر تستخدم القاعده للتنظيف الذاتي، بتحتاج تنتظر تنشحن شوي لذلك استخدمو الايكو، وعند البقع الصعبه حوّلها توربو ثم ارجع ايكو سلبيه اخرى البطارية مدمجه وليس قطعه خارجيه قابله للتغيير والاستبدال، اذا لا تملك الخبره بفك الاكترونيات او متاجر طرف ثالث لا توفر البطارية، هنا يرجع الأمر الى الضمان هل يقبلون بتغيير البطارية او الخدمه ستكون غير متوفره بعد 3~5 سنين؟ الايجابيات: السعر مقابل المواصفات، لم أجد جهاز يغسل وينشف نفسه + سعره تحت 1000 ريال + رأس المنشفه يغطي حواف الجدار الا هذا الموديل وغيارات المنشفه و الفلاتر تحصلونها بعلي اكسبريس باسعار ممتازه خزان الماء النظيف بالأسفل يعطي وزن للتمسيح ويخفف عبء حركة بالعصا بالمقابل تزيد فرصة تعرّضه للضرر المحلول استخدم أي محلول تنظيف ارضيات واخففه حسب الموصى جربت نوعين سببو رغوه عاليه وهذا ممكن يصعد للكترونيات ويضرّها بعد ما خففت التركيز اقل من الموصى للمنظّف مشت الامور للعلم لا يُنصح باستخدام الا منظّف الشركة، ولكني لا احب ان تقوم شركة بحلب المستهلكين واجبارهم على شراء منتجاتهم باستمرار خصوصا منظفهم كميته قليله وسعره غالي راح استمرباستخدام منظفات الارضيات العاديه بتركيز منخفض اذا الارضيات عندك كثيره حتنبسط بالجهاز الضمان ما اعرف شوضعه

I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS ENOUGH! This wet vacuum is a life saver as a mom to toddlers. So quick to take out and use. This one is truly worth every penny. After your done all you do is put it back charging, start self cleaning and it does the rest. It not only self cleans but it DRIES the roller after! No more stinky roller being forgotten over night. Obviously you have to empty and rinse the dirty water tank but other than that I just do an actual deep clean every once in awhile. Couldn’t recommend a wet vacuum more!!
