Exactly as described, arrived ahead of schedule despite a last-minute request to change spec, superb communication, unhesitatingly recommended - thank you. I wrote those lines regarding a previous purchase, and having come back for more, I cannot do better than to repeat them. Regarding the units themselves, they are beautifully designed and built, every feature is as described and fully functional, and it is a joy to take one out of the box. I require these units to run 24/7 unattended and so far I have had no problems whatsoever.

this little thing is fantastic for OPNsense. VLANs and interfaces are working out of the box. you can also install the RTL vendor drivers which are included as a plugin in OPNsense. Thermal Sensors are not getting higher than 40.1 °C. Really happy with this device. I have previously tried Beelink GK55 which is loud in my point of view and you could not adjust the Fans. This PC is quite but still not hot. perfect!

We buy these panel PC’s regularly for installing into our machinery. So far they have all worked flawlessly. Very easy setup and good connectivity.

I purchased this computer in March 2022 for use as a silent home computer in our study. It has performed well but I was disappointed when I realised that it would not automatically upgrade to Windows 11. I contacted support via the Amazon web site and asked if it would be possible to install Windows 11. I had a quick response asking me to check which revision of BIOS was installed. It turned out that the BIOS needed to be updated. They supplied me with the new version and detailed instructions as to how to install it. I followed the instructions and was then able to install Windows 11. Thank You Dannie in Support for your quick responses and enabling the desired outcome.

These PC’s are well built & excellent for running industrial applications via the COM ports. Customer service is excellent & very prompt. Everyone is very helpful especially Dannie in assisting with tailoring the units to my needs. I have ordered over 50 of these units

Like reviewer G B. on 15 February 2023 I wanted to upgrade my mini-pc from windows 10 to 11. I contacted Dannie through Amazon Messaging service and within a day I received the necessary BIOS update and clear, detailed instructions to install Windows 11. The upgrade went through without any problems and I effectively have a new PC going to into the New Year. Many thanks to Dannie for excellent support, Johnk

We use these Mini Pc's to run an automated manufacturing line connected to PLCs, Barcode Scanners, Multimeters, Flash Testers and optical communication probes. The RS232 ports help with the connectivity. The pc's are well specified and come with Windows 10 Pro which is ideal for connecting to our domain. Great Value for money.

I use small PC's for servers in a home network. I used to use xxxxxx brand but it got caught by the Intel chip problem which bricked 5 of my small computers. This PC looks like a real winner and I installed an SSD in addition to the mSATA Windows SSD but I was able to use the bios to 'shutout' the Windows disk. It's there if I ever want to use it. Have another of these beauties on order and will be ordering more. Great little machine!

MiniPC works fine and I would say pretty fast. I had no problem at all with running it the first time. Everything is as it should be, wifi works fine also as AP. I bought it to control my telescope and big adventage of it is that has 2 serial ports shich lets me directly connect mont and focuser to it and save usb ports. MiniPC works pretty fast, no problems with running webbrowser or Stellarium software. And it's quiet :) I am happy with it. Price was really good.

Der PC kam in beschriebener Lieferzeit in einem guten Zustand an- er kam vorinstalliert für einen win 11 Benutzer ohne Microsoft-ID. Er ist schnell und erledigt Office, Browsing, YouTube ohne großartig Wärme zu erzeugen. Das macht ihn perfekt für Umgebungen, in denen es staubig ist, hier würde jeder Lüfter verstopfen. Durch das lustlose Design stellt es keine Schwierigkeiten dar. Nur ein USB-C Port würde ihn noch besser machen. Toller Kundenservice.

Wordt gebruikt aan boord als navigatie PC. Ik had een probleem met de SDD van deze PC. Binnen een week ontving ik een nieuwe SSD 512 GB voorgeprogrammeerd met Windows 10, zodat ik meteen weer aan de slag kon. De PC doet dienst aan boord op 12 Volt en op zee. Ik heb er prima ervaringen mee totdat de SSD het begaf en de leverancier dit heel snel prima oploste. Dat had ik eerlijk gezegd niet verwacht. China is voor Nederlanders niet om de hoek.
