Roof Rack Platform for 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab, Heavy Duty Carbon Steel Roof Cargo Rack, Bolt-On Overland Roof Rack, 300LB Load, E-Coated & Powder Coated

This fit perfectly on my 2019 JL Wrangler Unlimited Sport. Although it is pretty plain Jane it has potential to look better which is what I plan on doing I was able to install by myself I put an old blanket on top of the jeep, slide it into position and the rest was simple. I was a little nervous when FEDEX delivered this afternoon and one end of the box had a hole in it but the way it was wrapped up there was no chance of damage. I received the rack 1/16, but the original deliver date was the Jan. 27th - 31st, I was very pleased to say the least. Well done seller!

Very easy install and light weight, but sturdy. I installed mine towards the back which allows me to take the 2 front roof panels off. No wind noise yet. The only issue I have is on the driver's side rear, the door would not open because of the bracket was too low. Similar to another reviewer, I had to hammer the mount just a little bit to bend it. Now it barely clears the door. It's still rubs a little bit on the corner. I could hammer it a little bit more which I may try in the near future. For the price this rack is fantastic. Plenty of options to mount things on the top whether it's a basket or mounting hardware for Rotopax, a highlift jacks, and so on. Installed on a 2021 Wrangler JL Rubicon 4xe with a 3" Metal Cloak lift and 37's.

Overall this is a great product I would highly reccomend. Directions are definitely not suitable for the average person. Rack is very secure to roof and I love the rhino line type coating for durability. The only negative is at certain speeds I am hearing a very high pitch whining sound and some vibration. I have checked that everything is secured properly but I have yet to figure out what's causing the issue. it's definitely the airflow at certain speeds just don't know why it happening.

So I am VERY happy with this roof top rack. It is well made. The textured powder coat is great quality. They bagged every part so nothing would be scratched and rust later. It is very low profile, sturdy, and rugged looking. If you can turn a socket while holding an Allen wrench, you can assemble this unit. My next step is to fabricate a cuaima bracket so I can use it with my soft bikini top also. That way I can use all year long.

Front clamps don’t fit without hitting the doors. Can’t use on a Jeep Gladiator as advertised. Seller did refund the money quickly.

Regardless of what a third party manufacturer says to sell you on their roof rack. Honda very clearly states a hard limit of 165lbs for all roof attachments. Buyer beware.

Had no issues with the door rubbing, maybe about 3-4 mm clearance. Don't know if they fixed the issue or there was maybe a bad batch. I don't guess other buyers failed to slide the clamps up before tightening, but maybe they re-engineered this in the meantime. For the price, definitely 5 stars. Matches my build theme perfectly. (In the side of vehicle pic, the clamps aren't tightened, they are just hanging so may look low) Install tip: slightly snug the rain gutter brackets to the rack (#2) before putting the rack on the roof. Then fully tighten all the side clamps (#1) which will position the gutter brackets perfectly (otherwise there's no way you'll get the rain gutter brackets to conform to the slight curve or width of the rain gutters and the weight won't be distributed evenly across that bracket - you can see this work in the pic as the gutter bracket is at a slight angle to the rack). Finally, squeeze in a 13mm box end wrench underneath (pictured) and use a hex key to fully tighten the rain gutter bracket to the rack. Also, this WILL scratch the inside and outside of your rain gutter. I had some thin foam padding I cut to protect all the contact points (circled in pic)

Works… Did I have to break out the grinder and belt sander on the clamps so they wouldn’t hit the doors? Yes. Did I get it on sale for like 119.00 so I don’t care about doing a little “customization”. Also yes.
