Beautiful bag beautiful color well made good structure and it’s floatable. Sturdy and stands on its own. I also love that it’s collapsible when it’s not in use. It’s a really good product. If you are needing a shoulder strap this isn’t the bag for you. I went through a third party seller paid double the price because I wanted this particular color. Big mistake is as I needed to return it. Otherwise it would have been an awesome find. You have to not only pay for packaging you pay to return it too! I do wish Amazon would tell you these things especially as a prime member I mean through the flags up. I would have kept it had it had a shoulder strap like the 8can cooler bag that I also did buy and kept.

My cooler ripped the month after the warranty expired. I contacted RTIC, hoping for maybe a patch kit recommendation or advice on how to repair. Instead, I received three different emails telling me I am out of warranty. Thanks, I know. There was no recognition of how a customer might continue using one of their products AFTER the warranty expires... SO much worse than just another money-grab, RTIC would like me to please just buy a new one and throw the old one in the landfill. When I replace this cooler it won't be with any RTIC product, ever again. What a frustrating customer service experience, ugh.

I Tavel with frozen tuna for up to twelve hours and it stays frozen

It's a little smaller than I was expecting, however will work perfectly for what I need. It will be good to carry lunch in or for a few drinks. I also love the color. I would recommend it.
