Are these glasses delicate or can they take rough handling?

I'm not sure how rough you're talking, but... I would say you should NOT handle them roughly. Honestly, these ARE thinner than I expected, but it does not mean you have to treat them as very fragile wine glasses. Treat them normally, but carefully, then you will be perfectly OK.
