This item being cheaper than others and manufactured in splashain...is this a knock off?

No, it’s not a knock-off. I like it because it’s not so strongly in your face as the original. I do have both and switch between the two depending upon the occasion. It is worth getting as it’s a unique scent.

Did they stop making this? Why did it get so expensive all of a sudden?

Yes they have stopped making it and it has been discontinued.

Does the bottom of the bottle say, “Made in Spain?”

The box says made in Spain. We don't know if the bottle has a sticker at the bottom which says- made in Spain, as the box is sealed. I hope this helps.
