My baby uses these every day. Light enough to keep in mouth and not cover nose. Nipple is rounded so easy to place in babies mouth. I also can place my finger gently in the groove to help keep position if needed. Easy to sanitize and the space on the handle allows to be connected to a tether.

Originally my baby got same pacifier at hospital when he was born. And he loves it! I needed to buy more for back up. Whole parts made with silicone so it doesn't scrub baby's skin.
