Third order
We regularly make our own pizza dough and originally ordered this brand of flour after my daughter came back from a school trip and said how amazing the Italian pizza dough was. This pack size was the most economical size (for us) of the brands on offer on Amazon and has worked well for our pizzas. We generally mix 50/50 with strong white flour but do vary the % occasionally. It produces a lovely, well flavoured, dough that is easy to work with especially if knocked back and divided into portions for a second rise. As mentioned in the headline this is the third time of ordering because we have been pleased with the results.

Take your pizza to the next level
Similar to what a lot of the other reviews have said, this will take your pizza to the next level. I have tried supermarket 00 flour as well as Aldi's 00 pizza flour and they do not compare. I always struggled to get a soft dough that would stretch properly without having to up the hydration to 70%+. On first use you could tell the difference in the softness to the dough and even at 63% it was still quite sticky, allowing you to get down to those lower 60% hydration levels. I have used it in my Uuni 3 and tried the frying pan cooking method (stretch dough and place directly on a hot pan for 1 - 2 minutes whilst adding the toppings, then stick under the grill at the highest setting until cooked) and both have come out great. I have tried Caputo Red and that is also a great flour and the results are almost identical (for me) but I think this one delivered a slightly better crust (personal preference). Either way, I will only be using this or Caputo in the future. As for the best before date, mine all had about a year on them (up to 2021) but i'm guessing their stock is being refreshed a lot quicker during the higher demand for flour.

Fantastic Flour
I normally use this for pizza, bread, pasta, and even dumpling wrappers. It's very robust and makes for a great dough for any purpose. While a large size, I have found that the ten packages can survive over a year in good conditions, meaning you'd rarely need to every buy flour when you have some always on hand. This being key for me as I usually want to try a recipe but used to only have the bag of flour in the house and would only buy more if I ran out. A further bit is that, when compared to the cost of non store brand flour, the price is largely similar for what is typically superior quality flour for most uses.

Good quality flour for pizza and focaccia
This is a decent quality flour that's readily available via Amazon UK, and well priced too. I've had great success in creating a workable, easy to manage dough at around 62% hydration, which I use in a 500C pizza oven. This is also suitable for focaccia and pan pizza which I cook in a conventional oven. As well as being a great dough to work with, it produces great tasting results! This is my go-to and would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone

Short dated -1 star deducted.
Great flour for pizza oven. Doesn’t cope as well as Caputo blue with higher hydration levels but is much better value for money. Stick to less than 65% water. Shame my most recent batch was short dated (dated 27/10/21) 12 weeks from purchase date.

Very good pizza flour, crispier than blue Caputo.
First try with this flour, using a no knead recipe with half tsp yeast, 310g water to 500g flour with around 14-15 hour fermentation before shaping, and another 2-3 hour rest. Dough was quite soft due to high hydration, but gave a very crisp base, that doesn't brown easily, so you can cook for longer. (On one of the electric pizza stone ovens - similar to the Ferrari G3). Will try other doughs, but I am impressed with the results and will try a traditional shorter fermentation next time with more yeast. Maybe with some olive oil. I find this can help slightly with the window paning and more even browning, if that's what you want!

Top quality pizza's!
Very good quality flour for Pizza's. Have used multiple times, is a good quality and great value. It's not as good as Caputo Blue, but is a fraction of the price, so in my opinion very worthwhile. Huge upgrade on using supermarket branded flour, even if you go for the upper range supermarket ones.

Good quality flour
As the owner of a small pizza oven I wanted to have decent 00 flour to try and perfect my own pizzas (a long way off from perfect). This flour is very good and the cost is also very good. As it comes in individual kilo bags it allows easier storage compared to the others I have seen that come in one big 25 kg bag. I would recommend this flour, although I am no flour expert.
